ITCMSS S.A.R.L recrute un(e) interprète bilingue anglais-français pour une entreprise internationale basée aux États-Unis. Le poste est basé à Douala PK8, Cameroun.
Missions :
Assurer l'interprétation en temps réel (bidirectionnelle) par téléphone via une application dédiée pour des institutions américaines (banques, bureaux de poste, centres médicaux, etc.) rencontrant des difficultés de communication avec des clients étrangers.

Maîtrise courante de l'anglais et du français (niveau C1 minimum). Expérience en service client. Sens du service, patience et empathie. Disponibilité horaire flexible selon les besoins des clients.
