The Human Resources Manager is responsible for defining, leading, and implementing the company's HR policy in line with the company's strategic objectives.
They ensure the development of human capital, the optimization of employee performance, compliance with social regulations, as well as the establishment of a work environment that promotes performance and team engagement.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement the company's HR policy; Participate in improving the corporate culture and social climate; Set up HR procedures and tools adapted to the company's activity. Define talent management and skills development strategies; Manage recruitment and human resources development. Support managers in team development. Participate in payroll management in collaboration with the relevant department; Ensure compliance with the Cameroonian Labor Code and legal obligations; Supervise employment contracts, personnel files, and disciplinary procedures; Monitor absences, leave, and personnel movements; Participate in payroll management in collaboration with the relevant department; Ensure the application of internal policies and disciplinary rules. Manage conflicts and propose appropriate solutions; Ensure internal HR communication; Promote the company's values and culture; Ensure the well-being and engagement of employees. Produce HR dashboards; Monitor HR indicators (turnover, absenteeism, recruitment, performance, etc.); Ensure regular reporting of HR activities. Implement health insurance / mutual insurance in the company
Qualifications
Bachelor's +4/5 in Human Resources Management, Labor Law, Work Psychology, Management, or equivalent. Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources; Strongly recommended profile of a legal expert; Experience in team management is desirable.

Leadership and decision-making ability; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; Sense of organization and confidentiality; Analytical and strategic mindset; Ability to handle pressure and priorities; Integrity and professionalism. English as a first language; speaking French is an asset
