Job Summary

ATANGANA AND SONS LTD is seeking a highly analytical and forward-thinking Strategic Planning Specialist to support the company’s long-term growth and innovation objectives. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing strategic initiatives, analyzing market trends, improving operational efficiency, and aligning business goals with emerging opportunities in the internet, information, and technology sector.

Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic business plans aligned with company objectives. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend monitoring. Support executive management in strategic decision-making and business forecasting. Analyze organizational performance data and recommend improvement strategies. Coordinate strategic projects across departments and ensure timely execution. Prepare reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations for management meetings. Identify growth opportunities, partnerships, and new market segments. Monitor KPIs and evaluate the effectiveness of strategic initiatives. Assist in budgeting, operational planning, and risk assessment processes. Collaborate with IT, operations, marketing, and finance teams to drive innovation and efficiency. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management, Economics, Information Technology, or related field. Master’s degree or professional certification is an added advantage. Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in strategic planning, business analysis, or corporate development. Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, data analysis tools, and project management software. Knowledge of the internet, information systems, and technology industry trends. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
