Un leader passionné, capable de piloter sa croissance tout en maîtrisant les aspects techniques de ses produits et solutions. Missions

• Élaborer et mettre en œuvre la stratégie commerciale pour le marché sénégalais, en accord avec les objectifs
• Développer et diversifier le portefeuille clients
• Gérer et animer l’équipe commerciale pour atteindre les objectifs de ventes.
• Piloter la gestion de projets commerciaux complexes, impliquant des solutions techniques avancées, et coordonner avec les équipes internes pour assurer leur bonne exécution.
• Assurer une veille concurrentielle et analyser les tendances du marché pour ajuster la stratégie en conséquence.
• Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes techniques et marketing pour proposer des solutions adaptées aux besoins des clients.
• Négocier et conclure des contrats avec des clients stratégiques, notamment pour des projets impliquant des solutions techniques innovantes.
• Suivre les indicateurs de performance (KPI) et assurer un reporting régulier auprès de la direction. Profil
• Formation : Bac+4/5 en Commerce, Ingénierie, Gestion ou équivalent
• Expérience : Minimum 8 à 10 ans d’expérience dans des fonctions commerciales, dont une expérience confirmée à un poste de management (Directeur Commercial ou équivalent)
• Expérience avérée en environnement B2B, idéalement dans des secteurs techniques (traitement de l’eau, équipements industriels, solutions techniques…)
• Bonne compréhension des enjeux techniques et capacité à valoriser des solutions complexes auprès de clients
• Maîtrise des techniques de vente, de négociation et de gestion de projets
• Leadership avéré, capacité à structurer, piloter et fédérer des équipes
• Forte orientation résultats et culture de la performance
• Expérience dans un environnement international ou multiculturel appréciée
