** Bénin Digital, ESN spécialisée dans la digitalisation des processus métiers, recherche un expert en accessibilité numérique pour accompagner ses équipes dans une démarche de mise en conformité et d’amélioration continue.
**
** Accompagnement opérationnel des équipes sur les questions d’accessibilité, formulation de recommandations pour des composants complexes, mise en conformité technique sur les plateformes iOS et Android, réalisation d’audits d’accessibilité, et animation de formations pour les nouveaux arrivants.
**
** Expertise avérée en accessibilité numérique, notamment sur le référentiel RGAA 4. Compétences en pilotage de projets, en conception UX/UI, et maîtrise des environnements techniques web, mobile et TV.
