Missions Rattaché(e) à la direction régionale, le/la Spécialiste Technique Carrières / Concassage intervient comme référent technique et partenaire terrain des clients / carrières. À ce titre, vos principales responsabilités seront de :

• Apporter un support technique et applicatif auprès des clients exploitant des installations de concassage et de criblage.
• Développer et entretenir une relation de proximité avec les clients sur le terrain.
• Contribuer au développement des ventes d’équipements, de pièces de rechange et de consommables.
• Accompagner les équipes commerciales lors des projets d’investissement ou de renouvellement d’équipements.
• Analyser les besoins techniques des clients et proposer des solutions adaptées pour optimiser la production des installations.
• Réaliser des visites régulières sur les sites clients afin de suivre l’utilisation des équipements et identifier des opportunités d’amélioration.
• Participer à la prospection et au développement du portefeuille clients sur les territoires assignés.
• Collecter et analyser les informations liées au marché, aux concurrents et aux tendances du secteur.
• Produire des rapports de visites et d’activités et assurer la mise à jour des informations clients dans les outils internes.
• Contribuer au respect des standards qualité, sécurité et environnement.
• Le poste implique des déplacements fréquents sur plusieurs pays d’Afrique de l’Ouest. Profil
• Formation technique, ingénieur ou commerciale avec une forte dimension technique.
• Expérience d’au moins 5 ans dans le secteur des carrières, du concassage ou des équipements associés.
• Bonne connaissance des installations de concassage, criblage et équipements de carrière.
• Capacité à combiner expertise technique et approche commerciale terrain.
• Aisance dans la relation client et capacité à construire des partenariats durables.
• Capacité d’analyse technique et de résolution de problèmes.
• Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais technique.
