Social and Behaviour Change Assistant (Demand Generation)

The Social and Behaviour Change Assistant (Demand Generation) at UNICEF Cameroon will support the implementation of the national Social and Behaviour Change (SBC) Strategy. This role focuses on increasing community engagement and participation to enhance the use of available services for child protection and development. The assistant will contribute to designing SBC strategies, producing communication materials, and building capacity among partners. Additionally, the position involves monitoring and evaluating SBC activities to ensure effective program delivery and positive social change. Experience in social and behavior change communication Knowledge of community engagement strategies Ability to develop training materials Skills in monitoring and evaluation Familiarity with participatory communication Technical support experience with government and partners
