Mission Le Manager Adjoint est responsable de la gestion globale de l’établissement. Responsabilités principales: Gestion opérationnelle :

• Superviser l’ensemble des activités du restaurant (salle, cuisine, bar)
• Garantir le respect des standards de qualité, d’hygiène et de sécurité
• Assurer le bon fonctionnement quotidien de l’établissement Management des équipes :
• Encadrer, recruter et former le personnel
• Organiser les plannings et gérer les absences
• Fédérer les équipes autour des objectifs de performance Gestion commerciale :
• Veiller à la satisfaction et à la fidélisation de la clientèle
• Gérer les retours clients et les situations sensibles
• Toute tâche confiée par la direction. Profil
• Formation en Management , gestion ou équivalent
• Expérience confirmée (minimum 3 à 5 ans) en gestion de restaurant ou poste similaire
• Excellentes compétences en management d’équipe
• Forte orientation client et sens du service
• Bonne maîtrise des aspects financiers et opérationnels
