Le PNUD recrute un(e) consultant(e) national(e) pour réaliser l'évaluation finale du Document de Programme Pays (CPD) du Togo pour la période 2024-2027. Cette mission s'inscrit dans le cadre du suivi et de l'évaluation des programmes de développement du PNUD au Togo.
Missions
Le/la consultant(e) sera chargé(e) de conduire l'évaluation finale du CPD, en analysant les résultats obtenus, l'efficacité des interventions et les leçons apprises, afin de formuler des recommandations pour les futurs programmes.

Le/la candidat(e) doit posséder une expertise en évaluation de programmes de développement, une bonne connaissance du contexte togolais, et des compétences en analyse de données et en rédaction de rapports. La maîtrise du français est indispensable.
Période de la mission
La mission se déroulera de juin à août 2026.
