** Le PNUD recrute un(e) consultant(e) international(e) pour réaliser l’évaluation finale du Document de Programme Pays (CPD) du Togo pour la période 2024-2027. La mission se déroulera de juin à août 2026.
Missions Le/la consultant(e) sera chargé(e) de mener l’évaluation finale du CPD, conformément aux termes de référence détaillés qui seront fournis lors de la sélection.

** Le/la consultant(e) doit posséder une expertise en évaluation de programmes de développement, une maîtrise du français, et une expérience avérée dans l’évaluation de documents de programme pays ou de projets similaires.
