Le Programme des Nations Unies pour le développement (PNUD) recrute un consultant national pour l'évaluation finale du Programme d'appui à la stabilisation du Mali à travers le renforcement de l'État de droit (PROSMED). La mission se déroulera à Bamako, Mali, à partir du 1er juillet 2026.
Missions
Le consultant sera chargé de réaliser l'évaluation finale du programme PROSMED, conformément aux termes de référence détaillés disponibles sur le portail de soumission.

Le consultant doit posséder une expertise en évaluation de programmes de développement, en suivi et évaluation, ainsi qu'une bonne maîtrise du français. Une expérience dans le domaine de l'État de droit et de la stabilisation est souhaitée.
