CONSULTANT to support the Training on Artisanal Soap Production

Terms of Reference for a Consultant to support the Training on Artisanal Soap Production in Mehe, Mayo Sava Division, Far North Region of Cameroon. The overall objective is to strengthen artisanal soap production capacity, promoting menstrual hygiene management, female empowerment, and sustainable development. The consultant will develop and deliver a comprehensive training program. Context: Good Neighbors is an international Korean NGO focused on community development, health, child protection, livelihood, food security, education, WASH, and environment. This project aims to improve menstrual health and hygiene of women and girls in Mehe village, funded by Global Affairs Canada.
