CALL FOR APPLICATIONS Case Manager – EpiC Cameroon Project Organization: Family World International (FAWOI) Duty Station: Southwest Region, Cameroon Health Districts: Muyuka, Kumba North, Mamfe, Tombel, Bangem Reports to: Project Coordinator Publication Date: 15 December 2025 Application Deadline: 22 December 2025 Expected Start Date: 02 January 2026 Contract Duration: Three (03) months, renewable subject to funding availability and performance 1. Background Meeting Targets and Maintaining Epidemic Control (EpiC) is a global project funded by the U.S. President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) and the U.S. Department of State (DOS). The project provides strategic technical assistance and direct service delivery to achieve HIV epidemic control among all at-risk populations, while also strengthening global health security, expanding tuberculosis detection and treatment, improving maternal and child health, addressing malaria, and promoting health systems strengthening. In Cameroon, the EpiC project supports the continuation and expansion of life-saving HIV prevention, treatment, care, and support services. The program focuses on strengthening community-led platforms and integrating them with facility-based systems to increase access to quality HIV-related services, contributing to closing gaps in HIV case finding (first 95) while maintaining gains toward the second and third 95 of the UNAIDS targets. Family World International (FAWOI) is a civil society organization committed to fostering autonomous and sustainable communities through capacity building, skills development, and strategic partnerships. FAWOI implements programs across Health, Education, Protection, Economic Empowerment, and Development, with a strong emphasis on women’s and girls’ wellbeing. FAWOI will implement the FHI360-led EpiC Cameroon project in the Southwest Region, covering the health districts of Muyuka, Kumba North, Mamfe, Tombel, and Bangem. 2. Position Summary Family World International (FAWOI) is seeking qualified and experienced Case Managers to support the implementation of community-based HIV testing, treatment, care, and support services under the EpiC Cameroon project. The Case Manager will report to the Project Coordinator and work closely with HTS Providers, Peer Outreach Navigators, and the Monitoring & Evaluation team to ensure effective implementation of project activities in line with approved workplans, standard operating procedures, and donor requirements. 3. Key Responsibilities The Case Manager will be responsible for the following: • Provide technical and operational support to HTS Providers to ensure effective implementation of approved workplans. • Review progress regularly with HTS Providers, identify challenges, and propose practical solutions. • Support dissemination and use of project tools, materials, workplans, and reporting templates. • Coordinate closely with HTS Providers and Peer Outreach Navigators to ensure compliance with SOPs and activity timelines. • Work closely with the M&E team to promote data quality and data use for decision-making. • Respond to internal and external requests and inquiries related to project implementation. • Analyze project performance to identify gaps and areas for improvement and implement refresher trainings and capacity-building interventions. • Supervise and provide supportive supervision to HTS Providers. • Perform any other related duties within competence as required to achieve EpiC project objectives. 4. Required Qualifications, Skills, and Experience Education • Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences or a related field. • Certification or formal training in the 3-Test HIV Algorithm is an added advantage.
