BackgroundMeeting Targets and Maintaining Epidemic Control (EpiC) is a global project funded by the U.S.President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) and the U.S. Department of State (DOS).The project provides strategic technical assistance and direct service delivery to achieve HIVepidemic control among at-risk populations, strengthen global health security, expand tuberculosisdetection and treatment, improve maternal and child health, address malaria, and promote healthsystems strengthening.In Cameroon, the EpiC project supports the continuation and expansion of life-saving HIVprevention, treatment, care, and support services, with a strong focus on community-led approachesintegrated with facility-based systems to close gaps in HIV case finding (first 95) while sustainingprogress toward the second and third 95 of the UNAIDS targets.International Health Alliance (IHA) is a non-governmental organization committed to promotingself-directed and sustainable community health through enlightenment activities, capacity building,and strategic partnerships.IHA will implement the FHI360-led EpiC Cameroon project in the Southwest Region,specifically in the health districts of Kumba South, Mbonge, Ekondo Titi, and Nguti.2. Position SummaryIHA is seeking a qualified and Motivated Case Manager to lead comprehensive community-basedHIV screening, counselling, testing, linkage, and support services.The Case Manager will work closely with the HTS providers, the Peer Outreach navigators and theM&E team to ensure timely, ethical, and high-quality service delivery. The position will ensure theachievement of HIV testing and new HIV positive targets.23. Key ResponsibilitiesThe Case Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:• Ensure training of all HTS providers and Peer navigators on the HIV 3 test algorithm and theDuo testing of HIV/Syphilis, non-communicable disease (HTN, Obesity and Diabetes) and TBScreening• Coordinate the identification and selection of peer navigators at the different assigneddistricts/community for collaboration.• Coordinate the identification and mapping of zones/communities for HTS• Mobilize of zones/communities for HTS• Oversee HIV screening/testing and reporting activities• Supervise prioritized districts not meeting testing/case identification targets and/or poortesting yield• Follow up index testing, identification and linkage of HIV positive cases• Follow up daily, linkage and triangulation of every HTS_POS Link to the facility and initiationon treatment• Prepare weekly reports on activities carried out and the Organization's performance4. Required Qualifications, Skills, and ExperienceEducation• BSc in Nursing or Laboratory Sciences or other equivalent qualification.Experience• Minimum of five (3) years of relevant professional experience,• Prior experience working with PEPFAR-funded projects is strongly preferred.• Experience working with Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) or Community-BasedOrganizations (CBOs).• Experience operating in insecure or humanitarian settings is an asset.Skills and Competencies• Excellent report writing, analytical,
