Associate Director, Private Equity (Lead for Sub Saharan Africa region)

The Associate Director for Private Equity in Sub-Saharan Africa will establish a new regional hub for EBRD’s Direct Equity team, focusing on originating, executing, monitoring, and exiting private and listed equity investments. This role involves formulating and implementing the equity investment strategy, leading multi-disciplinary teams, and maintaining relationships with various stakeholders. The Associate Director will also oversee the performance of the equity portfolio and manage junior investment professionals. The position requires significant private equity experience and strong leadership skills.
