The incumbent assists the Regional Security Office team in coordinating protection for post personnel and visiting U.S. government officials, obtaining and reporting on information concerning potential security threats to post personnel, facilities, or information. The FSNI Assistant Conducts background investigations on candidates for employment and on local contractors to determine suitability for business; conducts research on behalf of other U.S. law enforcement agencies for criminal investigation. Back to topQualifications and EvaluationsRequirements:All selected candidates must be able to obtain and hold a:security certificate; or Public Trust - background investigation Security Clearance. All selected candidates will be subject to a background investigation and may be subject to a pre-employment medical exam.Selected candidate must be able to begin working within a reasonable period of time upon receipt of agency authorization and/or clearances/certifications or their candidacy may end.Education Requirements:A minimum of two (2) years University Studies is required.Evaluations:You will be evaluated against the qualifications and requirements in this vacancy announcement.
