Conseil Norvégien pour les Réfugiés (NRC) recrute un(e) Monitoring Evidence Accountability and Learning (MEAL) Coordinator (réf. 16064).
Missions : Sous la supervision du responsable MEAL, vous coordonnerez la mise en œuvre des systèmes de suivi, évaluation, redevabilité et apprentissage des programmes. Vous serez chargé(e) de collecter, analyser et diffuser les données de performance, d'assurer la qualité des données, de renforcer les capacités des équipes terrain, et de contribuer aux rapports internes et externes.

** Diplôme universitaire en statistiques, économie, sciences sociales ou domaine connexe. Expérience professionnelle d'au moins 3 ans dans le suivi-évaluation de projets humanitaires ou de développement. Maîtrise des outils de collecte de données (KoboToolbox, ODK, etc.) et d'analyse statistique (SPSS, STATA, R). Excellente capacité rédactionnelle en français et en anglais. Expérience en contexte de réfugiés ou de déplacement forcé est un atout.
