SPETIV Consulting is hiring on behalf of one of its clients: a multinational company in the iGaming and Betting industry

Position: Finance Manager Location: Douala, Cameroon

About the Role We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join a dynamic and fast-growing organization in the iGaming and Betting sector. This senior role involves overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and leading a finance team to deliver accurate and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Manage financial flows, reporting, reconciliations, and payment processes.
Ensure compliance with KYC and AML regulations specific to the gaming industry.
Lead and develop the finance team to achieve operational excellence.
Collaborate closely with senior management on strategic financial decisions.

Profile Requirements

Experience:

4–6 years in finance, ideally within Betting, iGaming, or Fintech.
Proven experience managing a finance team.

Languages:

French: mandatory
English: professional level

Skills:

Strong proficiency in Excel.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work effectively with senior leadership.
