SPETIV Consulting is hiring on behalf of one of its clients: a multinational company in the iGaming and Betting industry. Position: Finance Manager. Location: Douala, Cameroon. About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join a dynamic and fast-growing organization in the iGaming and Betting sector. This senior role involves overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and leading a finance team to deliver accurate and timely reporting. Key Responsibilities: - Manage financial flows, reporting, reconciliations, and payment processes. - Ensure compliance with KYC and AML regulations specific to the gaming industry. - Lead and develop the finance team to achieve operational excellence. - Collaborate closely with senior management on strategic financial decisions. Profile Requirements: Experience: - 4–6 years in finance, ideally within Betting, iGaming, or Fintech. - Proven experience managing a finance team. Languages: - French: mandatory - English: professional level Skills: - Strong proficiency in Excel. - High attention to detail and accuracy. - Ability to work effectively with senior leadership.
