SPETIV Consulting is hiring on behalf of one of its clients: a multinational company in the iGaming and Betting industry

Position: Finance Manager Location: Douala, Cameroon

About the Role We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join a dynamic and fast-growing organization in the iGaming and Betting sector. This senior role involves overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and leading a finance team to deliver accurate and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage financial flows, reporting, reconciliations, and payment processes.
  • Ensure compliance with KYC and AML regulations specific to the gaming industry.
  • Lead and develop the finance team to achieve operational excellence.
  • Collaborate closely with senior management on strategic financial decisions.

Profile Requirements

Experience:

  • 4–6 years in finance, ideally within Betting, iGaming, or Fintech.
  • Proven experience managing a finance team.

Languages:

  • French: mandatory
  • English: professional level

Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in Excel.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively with senior leadership.
