Ce que ce poste implique En tant qu’Emergency Specialist basé à Goma, tu seras le pivot de la réponse d’urgence de l’UNICEF dans l’Est de la RDC, zone en proie à des conflits armés et déplacements massifs. Au quotidien, tu coordonneras l’évaluation rapide des besoins, la mise en œuvre d’interventions multisectorielles (nutrition, santé, eau, protection) et le suivi des financements humanitaires, en lien avec les autorités locales et les ONG partenaires. Un poste terrain exigeant, qui demande réactivité et résilience face à un contexte volatile.

Compétences clés à mettre en avant

  • Maîtrise des cycles de projet humanitaire (évaluation, planification, suivi, reporting) dans un environnement de conflit.
  • Capacité à négocier l’accès humanitaire et à travailler avec des acteurs armés, gouvernementaux et communautaires.
  • Compétences avérées en gestion d’équipe multiculturelle sous pression (stress, sécurité).
  • Connaissance des standards Sphere, CHS et des procédures UNICEF (ou ONU) en urgence.
  • Langues : français courant indispensable, anglais opérationnel, swahili ou lingala un atout majeur.
