Financial Manager Finance Private Hospital in Pietermaritzburg Amanzimtoti, South Africa Until 2026/07/19 Full time On-site Job description Role Summary The Financial Manager will be responsible for all the financial and operational support functions of the hospital. The incumbent will be directly responsible for the leadership of the Finance, Reception and Support Services, whilst managing financial performance of the hospital, as well as the financial risks associated with the business.

Accounting qualification at NQF level 7 is essential. Accounting qualification at NQF Level 8 is advantages.

Expérience

A minimum of 5 - 8 years financial management experience is essential. Previous experience in development of daily financial progress reports. Previous experience in drafting financial statements. Previous experience in dealing with VAT and income tax matters.

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Knowledge of SAP. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of financial planning at all levels. Knowledge of performance measurement and analysis. Intermediate to advanced computer knowledge (other programs). Provide support to the Financial Director, support services and other managers during supplier negotiations, specifically to financial analysis.
