Register --> Vacancy Details Employer: Michelle Cloete Consulting Pty Ltd As Finance Manager, the individual will support the active management, optimization and strategic oversight of the organisation’s property portfolio within the Greater Gauteng region. The role is commercial, analytical and operational in nature, focusing on asset performance, strategic input, feasibility analysis, capex motivation and value enhancement initiatives. As Finance Manager, the individual will be responsible for supporting asset-level performance, strategic initiatives and commercial decision-making across the regional portfolio. This will include, but not be limited to, the following areas: Asset Performance & Portfolio Management Financial Analysis, Budgets & Variance Management

Capex Planning, Feasibilities & Exco Submissions Strategic Asset Management & Decision Support Leasing, Tenant & Income Optimization Support Operational Oversight & Cross-Functional Coordination General Business & Reporting

General Reporting: 7 to 8 years Income Generation: 7 to 8 years Operational Oversight
