Gérer les appels entrants et sortants (clients, chauffeurs, partenaires). Informer, conseiller et orienter les clients sur les services VTC et transport. Enregistrer les réservations et assurer le suivi des courses. Traiter les réclamations avec professionnalisme. Mettre à jour la base de données clients. Atteindre les objectifs commerciaux fixés. Participer à l’amélioration de la satisfaction client.
