Job Ad & Profile Description Position : Customer Service Representative - Accra We are looking for a Customer Service Representative. Responsibilities : Resolve customer complaints and questions via phone, email or social media. Use telephone to reach out to customers to verify account information. Courteously answer calls and respond to emails. Answer questions about warranties or terms of sale. Walk customers through basic troubleshooting and setup processes. Attempt to persuade customer to reconsider cancellation (if need be). Inform customer of running deals and promotions. Utilize computer technology to handle high call volumes. Work with branch supervisor to ensure proper customer service is being delivered. Close out or open call records. Keep a call log and report in writing to branch supervisor on daily basis. Other duties as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the Trainee.
