Responsable Cellule Internationale et Relations
Nous recrutons un(e) Responsable Cellule Internationale et Relations pour piloter nos opérations au Bénin. Ce poste de leadership stratégique offre une opportunité unique de contribuer au développement de notre organisation.

- Définir les objectifs et la feuille de route de l'entité sous votre responsabilité.
- Diriger, motiver et développer les compétences de vos équipes.
- Suivre les indicateurs de performance et mettre en place des plans d'amélioration continue.
- Représenter l'organisation auprès des parties prenantes clés.
- Rendre compte à la direction générale et aux actionnaires/bailleurs.

- Formation supérieure Bac+5 en Management, Administration, Ingénierie ou domaine connexe.
- Expérience significative de 5 à 10 ans en gestion d'équipes et de projets.
- Excellentes compétences en leadership, communication et prise de décision.
- Capacité à travailler dans des environnements complexes et multiculturels.
