Description de l'offre Rôle principal Le technicien métallurgiste est responsable du suivi et du contrôle du procédé de traitement du minerai afin d’optimiser la récupération des métaux (or/argent), d’assurer la stabilité des opérations et de garantir la qualité des résultats métallurgiques. Responsabilités principales 1. Suivi du procédé

• Surveiller les paramètres de procédé (débit, % solides, pH, cyanure, O?).
• Assurer la stabilité des circuits (concassage, broyage, lixiviation, Merrill-Crowe).
• Vérifier le bon fonctionnement global de l’usine. 2. Échantillonnage et analyses
• Effectuer les échantillonnages (minerai, pulpe, solution riche, barren, résidus).
• Réaliser ou superviser les analyses (titration cyanure, pH, essais labo).
• Assurer la qualité et la représentativité des échantillons. 3. Suivi métallurgique
• Calculer les bilans métallurgiques (teneur, récupération, pertes).
• Suivre les performances de l’usine (récupération, consommation de réactifs).
• Identifier les pertes d’or dans le circuit (résidus, solution). 4. Optimisation du procédé
• Ajuster les paramètres (dosage cyanure, chaux, nitrate de plomb, poudre de zinc).
• Proposer des améliorations pour augmenter la récupération.
• Participer aux essais métallurgiques et tests de performance. 5. Contrôle du circuit Merrill-Crowe
