• Avoir une expérience d’au moins cinq (05) ans dans un bureau d’études national ou international notamment ; Compétences:
• Avoir une grande expérience dans le montage des dossiers d’appels d’offres complexes ;
• Avoir de bonnes compétences dans la modélisation hydraulique et la mobilisation des ressources en eau et dans les aménagements hydroagricoles ;
• Avoir conduit des missions d’études APS, APD DAO et Contrôle de travaux d’hydraulique & Assainissement ;
• Avoir réalisé des études de faisabilité technico économique de projets d’infrastructures hydrauliques ;
