** Solidarités International est une organisation humanitaire internationale présente en RDC. Dans le cadre de ses opérations, elle recherche un(e) responsable des subventions pour gérer les financements et les relations bailleurs.
**
** Le/la Grants Manager sera chargé(e) de la gestion des subventions, incluant la rédaction de propositions, le suivi des rapports financiers et narratifs, la coordination avec les bailleurs, et l'appui aux équipes terrain pour la conformité des projets.
**
** Expérience significative dans la gestion de subventions en contexte humanitaire. Maîtrise des cycles de projet et des exigences bailleurs. Capacités rédactionnelles et analytiques solides. Anglais et français courants.
