Nous recrutons une assistance technique spécialisée pour la formation et le soutien aux stratégies de commerce électronique destinées aux entrepreneurs de Louxor et d'Assouan. Le poste est basé en Afrique, Sénégal.

- Recrutement : Gérer l'intégralité du processus de recrutement, de la définition du besoin à l'intégration.
- Gestion Administrative RH : Administrer les contrats, la paie et les relations avec les organismes sociaux.
- Formation & Développement : Élaborer et mettre en œuvre le plan de formation annuel.
- Relations Sociales : Piloter le dialogue social et veiller à un climat de travail épanouissant.
- Politique RH : Contribuer à l'amélioration des processus et des politiques de gestion des talents.

- Bac+4/5 en Ressources Humaines, Droit Social ou Management.
- Expérience en généraliste RH ou dans un domaine RH spécialisé.
- Excellentes compétences relationnelles et sens de la confidentialité.
- Maîtrise du droit du travail local.
