We work with leading OEM brands, including: Bosch, Deutz , Mercedes-Benz, Perkins, Cummins, BAE Systems, and others. Experience working with these brands will be a strong advantage. About the Group: The Group is a market leader in motor engineering, specializing in: Engine remanufacturing Truck, bus, and heavy vehicle refurbishment and repairs Heavy and diesel fuel injection services Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage branch operations to achieve revenue growth, profitability, and operational excellence Drive business development within the chrome and platinum mining sector Identify and implement training and development initiatives Manage projects within budget and agreed timelines Ensure optimal utilization of all resources, including technical teams and field service staff Maintain and grow key client relationships within mining operations Ensure on-si
