Job Opening: Administrative Coordinator – ENGLISH SPEAKER (On-Site-Yaoundé-Omnisports | Night Shift |) We are hiring a tech-aware Administrative Coordinator to support our U.S.-based consulting and proposal business. This is a 40-hour/week night-shift position aligned with U.S. hours, with Saturday work required and Wednesday off in exchange. The role is physically based in Cameroon.- Key Responsibilities• Track staff hours and attendance• Manage and respond to emails in English• Monitor RFP and bid websites• Update spreadsheets, trackers, and reports• Support basic HR and administrative tasks• Learn and use internal applications and organizational systems- Required Skills & Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Administration, Management, or related field preferred)• Fluent spoken and written English (required)• Strong organizational and time-management skills• Comfortable with Google Sheets / Excel• Tech-aware and quick to learn new systems and applications• Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to follow instructions- Schedule• 40 hours per week• Night shift (U.S. business hours)• Saturday required• Wednesday off- Compensation• starting 100,000 – 150,000 FCFA per month, based on experience- How to ApplySend your resume (CV) and a short message in English describing your administrative experience and technical skills to:- maxinemoffett@gmail.comOnly apply if you are comfortable working night hours and Saturdays.
