Executive Assistant to the CEO Job Type Full Time , Hybrid Qualification BA/BSc/HND , MBA/MSc/MA , Others Experience 5 - 7 years Location Lagos Job Field Administration / Facilities We are looking for a sharp, highly organized, and discreet Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to the Chief Executive Officer. This is not a traditional admin role — the right candidate will be a trusted right hand to the CEO, anticipating needs, managing a complex schedule, and ensuring the CEO operates at maximum effectiveness. You will handle sensitive information daily and must exercise sound judgement with minimal supervision. Key responsibilities: Calendar & Schedule Management Manage the CEO's calendar end-to-end, including scheduling meetings, resolving conflicts, and protecting time for priority work. Coordinate domestic and international travel — flights, accommodation, visas, itineraries, and logistics. Prepare daily and weekly briefings to keep the CEO informed and on schedule. Communication & Correspondence Screen, prioritize, and respond to emails and calls on behalf of the CEO where appropriate.
