Une organisation de référence recrute un(e) Responsable de la coordination des projets pour piloter ses opérations au Bénin. Ce poste de leadership stratégique offre l'opportunité de définir la feuille de route de l'entité, de manager une équipe et d'assurer la performance opérationnelle.

- Pilotage stratégique : définir les objectifs et la feuille de route de l'entité sous votre responsabilité.
- Management d'équipe : diriger, motiver et développer les compétences de vos équipes.
- Performance opérationnelle : suivre les KPI et mettre en place des plans d'amélioration continue.
- Relations institutionnelles : représenter l'organisation auprès des parties prenantes clés.
- Reporting : rendre compte à la direction générale et aux actionnaires/bailleurs.

- Formation supérieure Bac+5 en Management, Administration, Ingénierie ou domaine connexe.
- Expérience significative de 5 à 10 ans en gestion d'équipes et de projets.
- Excellentes compétences en leadership, communication et prise de décision.
- Capacité à travailler dans des environnements complexes et multiculturels.
