RIGHT PERFORMANCE Cameroun recrute pour le compte d'un client, acteur majeur du secteur agro-alimentaire, 03 Superviseurs Commerciaux Export – FMCG (H/F).

Rattaché(e) à la Direction Commerciale, vous aurez pour responsabilités :

  • Prêter attention aux évolutions du marché et aux informations sur les produits concurrents ;
  • Analyser les données sur les produits concurrents ;
  • Contrôler les stocks, les ventes et la distribution des produits via des analyses quantitatives et la gestion des données ;
  • Maîtriser le système de gestion et les méthodes commerciales de l'entreprise pour améliorer en continu l'efficacité ;
  • Recueillir des informations sur le marché et produire des rapports d'étude de marché ;
  • Visiter la zone de responsabilité pour développer de nouveaux clients.

  • Bac+3 minimum en Marketing, Commerce ou Vente ;
  • 3 à 5 ans d'expérience à un poste similaire, idéalement en agro-industrie ;
  • Maîtrise des outils bureautiques et des logiciels de gestion commerciale ;
  • Maîtrise des méthodes de marketing, commerce et vente ;
  • Compétences en négociation ;
  • Bonne connaissance du milieu de la distribution des produits de grande consommation.

Déplacements : Réguliers à l'international.
