Activities of the Post 1. Supervision of the teams Organize the work schedules of the agents Distribute the agents on the different sites Ensure discipline and the correct holding of the staff Coach, motivate and control the agents Validate replacements in case of absence 2. Operational control of sites Conduct supervision rounds at the sites Verify the effective presence of agents at the posts Monitor the application of safety instructions Identify anomalies and propose corrective actions Ensure the good condition of safety equipment (walkie talkie, torch, registry, etc.) 3. Incident management Respond to major problems on site Manage conflicts or emergency situations Write incident reports Ensure compliance with procedures 5.
