Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including interviews, selection, and onboarding. Build talent pipelines and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and educational institutions. Employee Relations & Engagement Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and conflict resolution. Design and implement programs that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction. Conduct regular employee feedback sessions and develop action plans. Performance & Learning Management Develop performance management frameworks, KPIs, and appraisal systems. Identify training needs and organize professional development programs. Mentor HR staff and provide guidance on best practices. HR Policy & Compliance Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards. Maintain employee records and prepare HR reports for management. Strategic HR Planning Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives. Analyze workforce trends and provide recommendations to optimize human capital. Lead change management initiatives and organizational development projects.
