📌 ### 📌 Role Overview We are seeking a seasoned Human Resource Manager with over 10 years of experience to lead our human resources operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategic HR planning, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and compliance, ensuring that the organization attracts, retains, and develops top talent. This role requires a professional who can align HR initiatives with business goals, foster a positive workplace culture, and provide guidance to both management and staff. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including interviews, selection, and onboarding. Build talent pipelines and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and educational institutions. Employee Relations & Engagement Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and conflict resolution. Design and implement programs that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
