JHPIEGO Sierra Leone invites sealed bids from qualified and eligible suppliers to submit a tender for the supply and delivery of Assorted ICT Equipment and other Accessories. The aim of this ITT is to enable JHPIEGO Sierra Leone to identify a supplier capable of providing high-quality equipment and services to support JHPIEGO’s Intervention in Sierra Leone. Terms of the Procurement Procurement Process This competition is being conducted under the Jhpiego Open National Tender Procedure. The Contracting Authority for this procurement is Jhpiego, Sierra Leone Office This procurement is funded by the United States Department. Submission of Tenders Tenders must be delivered in the following way: Proposal must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked Supply and Delivery of Assorted ICT Equipment and other Accessories with the words ‘ not to be opened before the deadline , Friday the 15 th May 2026, at 2:00 pm GMT to the Private Tender Box located at the Jhpiego office at 1 Sonia Drive, Hill Station (back of City Super Market), Freetown. Envelopes may be sent through postal or courier services or delivered by hand and will be accepted during normal working hours. Please note that the Jhpiego office will not be open during weekends or public holidays. Evaluation Criteria Tenderers will be considered for participation in the Contract subject to the following qualification process: Minimum mandatory requirements of the document to be included in your submission Business profile Business registration certificate Valid City council certificate Valid NRA tax clearance certificate Valid NASSIT clearance certificate Evidence of experience in providing specific/similar supplies and services, with details of referees, including a signed contract with details of the item supplied, and services provided, signed Pos, signed delivery notes, completion certificates, and a recommendation letter. Audited Financial Statement for the last three financial years Bidder must submit a bid security of 5% of the total bid price from a reputable commercial bank. Manufacture/Supplier Warranty for a period of 12 months Detailed Specification, brochure including pictures of the product Delivery period: within two weeks after the Issuance of a signed PO/Contract Detailed financial proposal All prices must be quoted in Sierra Leone currency and will be evaluated on a full-cost basis (including 15% GST).
