/>- the mobilization of multidisciplinary experts from the North and South in order to take into account all the dimensions of health issues: medical, social, economic, and political 2 PRESENTATION OF THE PROJECT 2.1 Background and objectives of the project Therapeutic Solidarity and Initiatives for Health (SOLTHIS) is an international health NGO dedicated to strengthening health systems and improving access to quality care in resource-limited settings and vulnerable populations. Operating in Sierra Leone since 2011, SOLTHIS provides technical support at national, community, and health facility levels, focusing on HIV, paediatric TB, Mpox and Sexual and Reproductive Health care quality. Sexual and Reproductive Health Access and Promotion of Empowerment (SHAPE) project aims to contribute to the reduction of maternal and neonatal morbidity and mortality in the districts of Western Area Urban and Western Area Rural by improving access to and the quality of sexual and reproductive health (SRH) services and SRH rights for adolescents and young people (AY), in particular young women and adolescent girls aged between 10 and 24. Context of the call for tenders To achieve the aims of the SHAPE project, following the challenges with unclear specifications of drugs, medical items and equipment received during the last call for tender, Solthis Sierra Leone is inviting the public to submit bids for the supply of drugs, medical equipment and consumables as specified in the table below.
