Vous aurez pour responsabilités principales : Management opérationnel : Superviser et encadrer une petite équipe sur le terrain. Gestion technique : Assurer la maintenance, l’entretien et l’utilisation appropriée des équipements (drone, bineuse, débroussailleuse, atomiseur…).

Conduite culturale : Piloter les cultures de base (manioc, patate douce, arachide, pondu caoutchouc) puis diversifier vers des cultures à plus haute valeur ajoutée (piment, chou, poivron, ananas). Optimisation des intrants : Maîtriser et optimiser l’utilisation des engrais , produit phytosanitaire (solides et liquides) en fonction des besoins des cultures. Collaboration technique : Travailler en synergie à distance avec un ingénieur ou technicien sénior pour un appui et un suivi stratégique. Gestion rigoureuse : Garantir une organisation stricte, disciplinée et efficace des opérations culturales et logistiques.
