Main duties

LA BOA COTE D’IVOIRE RECRUTE 01 COMMERCIAL ANIMATOR H/F MISSIONS Attached to the Head of Animation and Commercial Steering Department, your main missions will be: Ø Participate in the definition of the commercial strategy to be implemented at agency level; Ø Contribute as a network leader to the management and coaching of managers and sales; Ø With the help of the bank’s tools (from PACA), ensure better use and efficiency in managing the achievements of the network’s agencies. MAIN ACTIVITIES:

• Analyse and monitor achievements according to the objectives set;
• Diagnose product deficiencies, propose and implement corrective actions in consultation with the Network Management;

Education / Qualifications

• Set up with the HRD and/or the Network Directorate a training system for salespeople...);
• Develop the sales skills of sales teams;
• Participate in the organization of actions or business events;
• Take ownership of the annual business objectives of agencies, employees, monitoring their achievement (dashboards,) and carry out the evaluation of salespeople;
• Define indicators to track sales activity;

Candidate profile

• Carry out a report on the activity declined according to objective criteria (BNP, geographical area, sales by product, ...).

Experience

• Level of study: Bac+4/5 in commercial or banking experience.
• Professional experience required: at least 03 years in an operating position or any other area of the bank. - Ability in customer data processing. - Mastery of computer tools and statistics (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, BI, Dashboard, ...)
• Know-how: Mastering banking techniques and sales, animation and marketing techniques, mastering banking products and services.
• Know how to be: Sense of listening, dialogue, capacity for conviction and animation and commercial spirit, ability to work in a team and quality of communication, sense of risk control and concern for profitability. Applications are received no later than Thursday 07 May 2026.
