LA BOA COTE D’IVOIRE RECRUTE 02 ANIMATORS PME H/F MISSIONS Attached to the Head of the MID department your main missions will be: Ø Develop and implement SME strategic axes, in accordance with the guidelines of the Head of SME Department; Ø Identify, exploit, capture and track SME business opportunities, with Agency teams; Ø Evaluate the performance of SME devices and products; Ø Participate in the development of products and services adapted to the needs of SMEs; Ø Monitor and manage the risks associated with SME activities. MAIN ACTIVITIES:

Participate in strategic and tactical planning of SME activities;
Assist in the design of financial products and services for SMEs;
Accompany, train and supervise the teams in agency on the subjects;
Participate in the development and distribution of SME objectives;
Participate, if necessary, in decision-making at committees;
Providing teams with tools to help SMEs;
Develop strategic partnerships for the continued dynamism of SME activities;
Monitor all SME activity aggregates;
Develop and implement plans to correct anomalies and deficiencies
Write the reports (Directorate General Côte d’Ivoire and Group Management) PROFILE RESEARCH - Level of study: Bac+4/5 - Professional experience required: 05 years of professional experience in the SME market. - Know-how: Knowledge of the RETAIL market, competition, products, services and pricing; Advanced knowledge of economic and financial analysis; Mastery of sales and negotiation techniques; Competence in management and support; Knowledge of banking risks and banking regulations. - Know how to be: Open minded, teamwork and availability to support teams in need of support; Ability to analyze opportunities and constraints; Strength of innovation, research and proposal; Communication skills; Culture of resilience.
