] GIEA recherche un Responsable Financement expert en levées de fonds. Un poste de haut vol pour un profil capable de structurer des dossiers de financement complexes auprès de bailleurs de fonds internationaux, de banques et d'investisseurs privés.
[VOS MISSIONS]
- Élaboration de la stratégie de financement et identification des sources de levées de fonds.
- Montage intégral des dossiers de financement (Mémorandum d'information, Teaser).
- Négociation des conditions financières avec les partenaires bancaires et investisseurs.
- Suivi des décaissements et respect des covenants financiers.
- Reporting financier auprès des investisseurs et parties prenantes.
[VOTRE PROFIL]
Expert financier (Bac+5 minimum) avec une solide expérience dans la banque d'affaires ou le financement de projets. Vos connaissances en ingénierie financière et votre réseau dans le milieu du financement africain sont des atouts majeurs. Déterminé, vous savez convaincre les investisseurs les plus exigeants.
