Nestlé Cameroun recrute un Demand Planner (H/F)
En tant que plus grande entreprise agroalimentaire au monde, Nestlé place l'humain au cœur de ses priorités. Nous recrutons actuellement un Demand Planner pour notre site au Cameroun. Ce poste en CDI consiste à élaborer, maintenir et améliorer un plan de demande pour un portefeuille de produits et de clients, en assurant l'alignement avec les partenaires internes et externes via les processus de planification mensuelle et collaborative.
Vos missions
Collecter les informations et hypothèses liées aux événements, promotions, lancements de produits et changements de distribution.
Gérer le cycle de vie du portefeuille en collaboration avec les équipes transverses (nouveaux produits, changements d'emballage, arrêts de produits).
Générer et maintenir les prévisions statistiques dans Open Source et SAP.
Animer le processus de planification mensuelle (MBP) pour parvenir à un plan de demande consensuel, qui alimente la prévision dynamique.

Diplôme minimum : Bac+3 en commerce, gestion ou équivalent.
Expérience : 3 à 5 ans d'expérience opérationnelle en planification commerciale, prévision dynamique ou supply chain.
Compétences : maîtrise d'Excel et des outils Microsoft Office ; connaissance de SAP et Power BI (un atout).
Langues : anglais et français courants (écrit et oral).
Qualités : analytique, proactif.
