Job Summary

We are looking for a flexible, hardworking, and sales-oriented Shop floor staffto join one of our client’steam. The ideal candidate is someone who takes initiative, respects customers and colleagues, and is eager to contribute to a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

Shop Setup & Maintenance

Set up the shop daily and ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable. Handle routine cleaning duties to maintain a welcoming environment.

Customer Service & Sales

Welcome customers warmly and assist with their needs. Guide customers through product selection and make recommendations. Actively upsell products to enhance the customer experience and increase transaction value. Assist customers during payment and checkout.

Post-Sale Support

Escort customers after purchase as needed to ensure satisfaction and security.

Stock Management

Assist with stock control, regular reviews, and inventory checks. Receive and verify deliveries. Stock organizing and arranging for cartons.

Requirements

Hardworking and selfmotivated. Salesoriented with a customerfirst attitude. Flexible and adaptable to daily tasks. Previous retail or hospitality experience is a plu. Preferred age range: mid20s to early 30s.
