Executive Coach : Leadership & Stratégie

Dans le cadre du renforcement des capacités managériales d’un partenaire institutionnel d’envergure, Global Business Group (GBG) recrute un Expert en Coaching pour accompagner son Cercle de Gouvernance Stratégique.

Expertise et qualifications

Expérience Confirmée : Minimum 15 ans dans l’accompagnement de cadres dirigeants et de hauts profils institutionnels.
Certification : Accréditation de Coach Professionnel de rang international (ICF, EMCC ou équivalent) requise.
Secteur : Expertise démontrée dans les environnements financiers ou les organisations internationales complexes.
Compétences : Maîtrise de l’intelligence émotionnelle, de la gestion de crise et du leadership transformationnel.

Livrables

Audit de Posture : Évaluation diagnostique des dynamiques de leadership et des besoins individuels.
Ingénierie de Parcours : Établissement de feuilles de route personnalisées et de contrats d’objectifs.
Sessions d’Accompagnement : Conduite de sessions individuelles et d’ateliers de cohésion de groupe.
Rapport de Clôture : Bilan d’impact sur l’excellence opérationnelle et l’agilité décisionnelle.
