UNICEF recrute un Consultant international pour la réécriture du document de la politique nationale d'évaluation de la RDC 2027-2037, basé à Kinshasa, en République démocratique du Congo.

Le consultant sera chargé de planifier, coordonner et superviser la mise en œuvre des activités liées à la réécriture du document. Il devra mobiliser les communautés cibles et les parties prenantes locales, collecter et analyser les données pour mesurer l'impact des interventions, préparer les rapports techniques et financiers selon les exigences des donateurs, et former les équipes locales et partenaires sur les outils du programme.

Formation en sciences sociales, développement international, gestion de projets ou équivalent. Expérience en coordination de projets humanitaires ou de développement. Connaissance des standards du secteur (SPHERE, CHS, Code de conduite). Bilinguisme requis selon la zone d'intervention.
