Job description We are looking for a Key Account Manager with strong relationship management skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

The successful candidate will combine commercial thinking with attention to detail to identify opportunities, strengthen key customer relationships, and drive sales growth across strategic accounts.

JOB PURPOSE To build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with selected key customers in the South African market, including pet speciality chains and e-commerce platforms. You will act as the main liaison between ROGZ and assigned accounts, ensuring effective collaboration, strategic planning, and execution of initiatives to achieve sales targets. This includes maintaining product listings, launching new products, and ensuring an optimal product offering while delivering a high level of customer service.
