The Monitoring & Evaluation Officer - GIS will be responsible for overseeing database management, monitoring and evaluation, and reporting for the ILO's technical assistance in Nigeria's Rural Access and Agriculture Marketing Project. This role involves developing and implementing M&E frameworks, maintaining management information systems, and ensuring compliance with ILO and World Bank standards. The officer will also conduct field visits to support project teams and prepare various progress reports. This position is based in Abuja and requires collaboration with multiple stakeholders.
