Notre organisation recherche un(e) Coordinateur-Trice Terrain Adjoint pour assurer la direction stratégique et opérationnelle de ses activités en République Démocratique du Congo. Ce poste en CDI est basé en RDC.
Définir et piloter la stratégie de l'organisation, manager et motiver l'ensemble des équipes, représenter l'organisation auprès des partenaires, clients et institutions, piloter la performance financière et opérationnelle, assurer la gouvernance et le respect des obligations légales, identifier et développer de nouvelles opportunités de croissance.
Formation supérieure (MBA, Grande École, Doctorat ou équivalent), expérience avérée de 7 à 15 ans dont 5 ans à un poste de direction, excellentes capacités de leadership et de management d'équipes, vision stratégique, sens des affaires et orientation résultats, fort réseau professionnel et expérience internationale appréciée.
